Chevrolet Astro was a van that came out in 1985. It was similar to the Chevy G10, but was available as both a minivan and a cargo van. The lineup ran for two generations.

Notable model years included 1989, when a Borg Warner T-5 manual transmission became available, and 1990, when a new all-wheel drive (AWD) system became optional, hydroboost brakes were offered, and an extended body became available. In 1992, Dutch doors became optional. The 1995 model year brought a facelift, and, in 2003, the model received an upgraded chassis. The line was discontinued in 2005.
